The design of the Tormenta2 including schematic, artwork, VHDL, BOM's etc.
are all covered by GNU General Public License.  Not withstanding other
negotiated terms with Zapata Telephony, anyone distributing Tormenta 2
boards or designs MUST make known that the board design is distributed
under GPL and provide the artwork, schematics, VHDL code, including
modifications (if any) in machine readable format, and make this fact
well known to whom the boards or designs are being distributed.
